What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

How do I go about refiling my mortgage company in a Chapter 13 open bankruptcy case, Western Division? Mortgage company had stay lifted stating they would work with me and turned around & are foreclosing. It's been suggested that I refile this with my open chapter 13 case, but how is this done & what's it going to cost me approximately?

I think you're asking can you modify a Chapter 13 plan. ANy plan dealing with a secured creditor must provide for timely payments of the current mortgage plus, you must repay 100% of any arreage during the life of the Chapter 13.
You need to speak with your lawyer and decide if this is doable.
