I live in IL. We purchased a camera through a third party through an amazon website. The payments were made over a wire transfer to an online bank. The seller has stopped replying to emails and the tracking number was invalid. How would we go about finding the person to possibly press charges etc. The person used a pay email acaount so we know they must have the information and are working to get it, but legally they do not have to, they are investigating it now, but what would we have to do legally to get the info. We need help. W lost a fair amount of money and would like assistance.

thanks

Matt
