WE SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP AT A CAMPING RESORT. IN THE RULES IT STATES QUIET TIME FROM 10:30PM TO 8AM. WE ASKED THE TOUR GUIDE ABOUT THIS, STATING THAT WE PLAY MUSIC AND HANG OUT WAY PAST 10:30PM AND THAT WOULD NOT BE OUR KIND OF PLACE IF THAT WERE STRICTLY ENFORCED. SHE STATED THAT THAT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM.WE SIGNED THE FORM, WRITING A POST DATED CHECK FOR 6-17-2001, FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT, BASED ON WHAT SHE HAD SAID. WHEN WE CAMPED THERE SHE STOPPED BY AND WE HAD CONSERNS BECAUSE EVERYONE WAS ASLEEP AT 10PM, WE PLAYED MUSIC UP TO 1AM WITH NO PROBLEM, BUT ASKED HER WHY EVERYONE WAS ASLEEP? SHE STATED THEY WERE ALL PROBABLY TIRED FROM COMING IN FRIDAY AFTER WORK. OK WE SAID. SHE STATED THAT TONIGHT THERE WILL BE A BAND PLAYING UP TO 11PM AND THERE WILL BE MORE ACTION. THAT NIGHT WE WERE ASKED TO TURN OFF OUR MUSIC AT 11PM AND EVERYONE WAS AGAIN GONE TO BED BY 10PM. WE LEFT AT 7AM AND NOW THAT WE KNOW WHAT KIND OF PLACE IT IS WE WANT OUT OF THE CONTRACT. CAN WE?
