Florida: I recently purchased a software program to do medical insurance billing at home. When speaking with company represenative the assurances I got I figured there would be no problem. I ordered it Jan, received it in mid Feb. In mid March after reviewing product and test I decided it was time to start. What I found next was a shock. The company was Calafornia based and on March 11 was taken to court. On 3/15 the court ordered this company to close it's doors. I now have a $400 program that I cant use. I have had no luck in contacting this company. I sent a certified letter to the person that was named the receiver for this company. To date I have had no reply. Please what are my options and chances of getting a refund on this product. I can not afford to lose this kind of money.

Thanks Charlene
