my name is kimkisha smith and i reside in los angeles. my problem is that i joined a catalog order merchant back in febraury. i paid 169.95 in membership fees. these fees were debited from my checking account as of march. but i never recieved my package which was to include a catalog, gold card,and info about purchasing the merchandise over the internet. i've tried to reach the company numerous times via the phone but to no prevail i was never able to talk to any one. so i sent them a letter in june requesting a full refund of the membership fees due to breech of contract and have yet recieved any response. so what should i do to recover my funds.
