Motion of Contempt for Support

I have read up on some laws, to my understanding I could file for a contempt. I have 2 children, 1 of whom I have custody and the other child the father has custody because we were divorced in OH state, but I resided at the time with 1 child in Georgia. I have had both children living with me for the past 5 years, how can I get the court to change the decree and order the father to pay support for the 2nd child, the father does not support the 2nd child what so ever, he has not even visited them in over 3 years. And is about to have a 3rd child in November with his girlfriend. I cannot afford a lawyer at this point who has informed me this could cost anywhere from $1000-2000. What are my other options?
