For the second time this year my wife has not showed up with my son,for a review hearing,I would like to press contempt of court charges against her How can I go about it?

Either get word to the court or call the police department and have the court order handy. However, if OH is anything like CA, this is an issue you bring up to the judge and not the police if they fail to show for a hearing. I suspect that the hearing officer will support the allegation of the violation, so it should be easy to prove.

If you have a lawyer, ask him/her about it. They will know how it works where you are.
