I am 37 years old from Michigan. My father who hasn't been involved in my sister's and my life passed away 2 months ago. I was notified just 2 days ago. My last involvement with him was at the age of 6. He had married another woman who had passed away in 1995. She had 4 children of her own the youngest being mentally handicapped. He had adopted the youngest but none of the others. I have not seen the will but from my understanding he left his entire state to the adopted child. How would I go about contesting the will on the basis that my sister and I never recieved any support from him during our upbringing?
