If your spouse agrees to an uncontested divorce, and you file, and the papers are served, and thirty days pass and he/she does NOT contest the divorce during that time, can he/she then change his/her mind before the divorce is final and decide to contest after all?

I am in Tennessee, if that makes any difference.

I am in TN too and when I got a divorce, it only tookthe minimum 30 days. He didn't argue with me and it was an uncontested.

Have you asked an attorney in the county that you live in? They will usually give you a free consultation one time.
