My ex-husband passed away two weeks ago. He left 3 children. one 16, 18 & 31.
The wife left 3 years ago, but they never got a divorce. She was on drugs
and arrested several times. They have found out that the wife was on a
$150,000.00 life insurance policy. He was very sick when she left, and has
not seen her since she left. Is there any way that these children can
contest her being the benefiary. Help Help Help

The insurance situation does not look like it will work out in your favor, but you also need to be checking at the county courthouse probate court to see if he left a will and whether his children will be getting anything from that if he has other assets in the estate.
