What is the name of your state?Colorado

Im sorry if I annoyed some people in here.. and I will try really hard to be good now.
My original post.. a month ago, stated I withheld rent because the Septic had not been fixed after a month and a half.. and they knew about it. Well, its almost time for next months rent.. and its still not fixed.. I have put Aprils rent into and escrow account, and will put Mays in there also if it is not done. I want to know if I am actually required to pay rent for these months that I have had to live with an open cesspool? I can understand the idea that why should I live here for free.. But what avbout my perspective.. Why should I have to live with a nasty stinking hole, that the landlord apparently is in no hurry to fix? Moveing, while it is an option.. takes time.. and beleive me.. Im working on it
