I would like to file a traverse to dispute a continuation of garnishment for a creditor that I am making monthly payments to. What is the proper procedure and how do I fill out the form. This judgment was brought about due to a prior garnishment that I have amost completed paying.

The garnishment will remain until the amount of the judgment is paid in full. If it is a hardship to have the judgment & make payments, then discontimue making the monthly payments. Make sure you inform the creditor.
