What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
hello, i am really in a bind. i sold my trailer under contract, and they are not making timely payments. rent due on 1st and dont get it until 15 or 20th of month that money is all i have to live on and they are making it really tough. can i do anything to collect my payment "on time"!! thanks for your help and time in this matter. slabstick, oh yes the buyer is subletting the property thanks again

**A: take your written sales contract to a real estate attorney and have the attorney send a letter terminating the contract for breach.
