A few Months ago I opened a Health Club membership, after a couple of days they called me to reshedule my initial consultation, I then decided that I didn't want the membership and tried to cancel. I tried to contact them and was unsuccessful so I sent them a letter stating my intend and also I went to the NYS Att. Gen. Office.
Still this company refuses to accept that this contract was never accepted in any form and continues to bill me( They have my credit card #).
I have since canceled my CC and dispute every charge that they attempt to put on my account.
I need help in getting this company out of my hair.
What are my options?
