What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? va

Can anyone tell me where I can find virginia state code requirements for a contract for deed? specifically I want to foreclose on the property (or at least see what options I have). I went to the va code web site and couldn't find anything and i was hoping someone else could point me in the right direction.

(i sold a home with owner financing with a contract for deed, but the "buyers" are continuously making the payments 30 days late and i wanted to see if there is anything i can do to evict them. per the contract i have with them that was made through a 3rd party they pay interest and late payments to the management company, but there is no recourse for us when they continuously make late payments and I'm fed up and want to see if i have any other options)

thanks

Your best bet is to see a real estate atty to have them do a letter for you declaring a breached contract. How long have they been under CD and how many installments left to go ?
