What is the name of your state? AZ
 I have a contract for deed with someone that is living at my property in Tucson. He is not making payments to me, he sends them to the mortgage company and continuously short pays. He does not send me tax and insurance monies as stated in contract. He was almost $3500 behind in January, I got payments deferred, and he has since gotten behind again, I have sent him eviction notices and he will not move out. Latest I sent him was a letter stating AZ laws per a lawyer and have given him till the 28th to get caught up and abide by contract. Today I find he again sent money to mortgage company and not entire amount. Do I have any other recourses, without lawyer fees, I now live in NC so I think lawyer fees would be expensive. Please advise, and thanks.

double post

Sounds to me like you violated the transfer provisions of your mortgage (unless you got permission from your lender to do this).

Did you get permission?
