Details:
8 month old contract
purchased a horse for minimal cost - under $10
clause in contract stating that previous owners were able to follow up from time to time to check on well being of the horse
The follow up is turning into once about every 7 weeks generally not to discuss the welfare of the horse but to discuss the latest rumour they are displeased with.

What I would like is to cut off contact with these people. I am tired of being harrassed. The sellor also comes to my property when I'm not around and hangs around the horse - on the road, of course.

They also want right of first refusal if I sell the horse (this isn't a problem because I do not intend to sell him)

Please email me at my home email instead of posting if possible [email protected]

Continuation of post from Laurensmythe

I forgot to mention that I have already had my horses papers transferred into my name. The previous owners name is not on them as I had to go back to the breeder for a signature to have the papers transferred. I don't know if this makes any difference or not.

Thanks a bunch for any advice that you can offer.
