I co-signed on a house trailer for my son providing a down payment of $ 5,000.00.

He made the first 4 payments and stop making payments.

I've made the following 8 payments because he had stopped making the payments and I do not want to impact my credit.

The loan and trailer is titled to myself, my wife and my son.

I do not want continue making the payments and my goal is to sell the trailer. How can I force a release to sell the trailer or take possession?

He has told me that it would impact my credit on a repo and that he would not make any more payments knowing that he can live for free and not perform as agreed.
