Thank you. I really appreciate your assistance. As for the payment... I was young and inexperienced. Also, since his profession (or lack there of) was recommended by people within my community, foolishly I put my trust in him. I moved here to take care of my great grandmother and her affairs. That would be my very first dealing with a contractor and construction. I have definitely learned a lesson.
