what is the name of your state? Florida.
on a signed contract, where the buyer makes an offer, but the seller adds some changes, does the buy have a specific time period to accept the changes? or can the sell accept and sign a new contract, since the original has not been initialed?

**A: if the Buyer has not accepted the counter-offer from the Seller prior to the acceptance deadline as specified in the contract, Seller can notify the Buyer that the counter-offer is rescinded and accept another contract. If in your case, it appears that the counter-offer was not accepted, so it's a new ball game for the Seller.
