I am a foreigner with a permanent residence card, working here in the United States. I signed an employment contract with my US employer outside of the United States. Is my employment contract valid here in the US, considering that I signed it outside of the United States? How can I prove that I signed my employment contrcat outside of the US when it doesn't mention anywhere in my employment contract the place of contract signing?
