I am curious if there is a way for an interested buyer to take over an owner contract from it's current buyer. If anyone has any information, please do tell.

**A: yes, if the owner contract is assumable, assignable or saleable.

I have seen a vendee's interest conveyed to another party, but the seller had to approve the buyer's credit.
