What is the term of a written contract, that does not mention a date? Is it one year, or more?

My response:

It depends upon what the contract is all about. Money lent ? Services to be performed ? What ?

Also, you have your States' "Statute of Frauds" to consider.

Since you failed to follow the directions in RED letters, above, and also the instructions in RED when you wrote your post, this will be the only response you will be receiving from this Contributor.
