I hired an employment search company to help revise my resume and they told me they would do the company search for me. I was told I had a satisfaction guarantee and would be refunded my money if I terminated my services with them.

I just cancel my services with them. I did so in person and received voice messages from two Managers initially saying they didn't show me cancelled and then told my refund would only be a small amount and they would refund me in 30 days. I called and then wrote them both and requested a more reasonable amount for credit and requested it be refunded in 10days since they had already cashed my checks and I had cancelled in person in the Colorado Office. Their main office is in Florida.

No surprise to me, I do not have any refund nor do they respond to my correspondences. How do I get my refund. I paid by check. Can the bank help?

Thank you.
