What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
Florida.

I am selling my house, and received a contract from a buyer paying cash.
My attorney made some changes on the contract, and we sent the buyer back our counter.
The things is that my attorney failed to enter an expiration date on the counter.
I have not heard back from the buyer in over a week, and have other buyers interested.
Is my counter, without an expriation date, still valid?
I don't want to accept another contract, and the have the first buyer, all of a sudden, show up with a signed counter.
My attorney is also out of town, otherwise I would ask him.

Thanks.

Guru..
Thanks for the information. My attorney is back today, and I'm going to check with him on preparing a withdrawal of the contract.
