I signed a 4 year contract to pay for any training that was acquired if I left before the 4 years. I owe something not arguing that point but they are saying I'm supposed to pay back my wages earned on the days of those coarse. Also there is a two week coarse that is mandatory that requires you to stay put of town and they are saying I owe for these wages and hotel costs.
I can see paying back optional training classes but mandatory and wages during those times?

You should take your contract to a local attorney for review. Contract review is beyond the scope of this (or any) internet forum.
