CONTRACTOR DAMAGES

I LIVE IN TEXAS. I HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON.
WHILE THEY WERE INSTALLING IT, ONE OF THEIR MEN SOME HOW DAMAGED MY ALUMINUM AWNING.AT THAT TIME THE CONTRACTOR SAYS IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. COST OF REPAIRS TO AWNING WAS $150. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND HE WILL NOT COME BACK TO DO THE REPAIRS.I'VE CALL
SEVERAL TIMES AND HE SAYS HE WILL BE OUT, BUT NEVER DOES. WHAT CAN I DO?
