Contractor is saying bad things about my house

What is the name of your state? I live in Kansas.

What recourse do I have against a contractor that did work for me on a house then told a buyer that the house was full of termites and damage?

We replaced all damage and had it sprayed and a termite contract put on the house but he is saying to buyers that it is going to fall down soon. THis is a false statement. WHat can I do?
