I just built a new house and lived in it for three months and then the house flooded, due to an incorrectly installed drainage system, as stated by a third party.

The contractor lied to the adjuster assigned to reviewing the case and told him, "I connected the drain to the sewer". The third party discover that the drain was never hooked up and a dead "T" was buried in the ground. (I have pictures) This resulted in upwards of $20,000 of damage. Now I am house poor and homeless. What do I do, when I need a place to live and face credit damage and bankruptcy?

FACTS: I have a contract with the GC for 10 years that covers the work of the subs and yet another contact with the sub, whoms work is in question, for term of one year.

Please help,
