I have a 17 year old daughter that was provided alcohol by an adult she was cited to court and handled her business as well as a friend of hers that was also cited same incident (minor also). The Adult was charged with 2 counts. Finally after 8 months he was found guilty. We also learned that during the course of this evening that he had contact with her private parts but no penetration. After lengthy interviews and counseling as well as a investigation we were told that charges could not be pressed due to no physical evidence. She said He said scenario. We live in Ohio and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts of possible penalties for this guy. This case was tried in Juvenile court. No priors as far as we know. Any Thoughts
