Your saying that your fiance won't let you visit your children or let them come here to see you? My god man,what kind of parent are you to accept this. Why is this person still your fiance. Your leal question was ,is it legal for your fiance to tell you that you can't see your children. NO!! The question now is why do you care if your not willing to leave this fiance if you find that there is no law backing your fiance? Sounds like you are in an abusive relationship,the abuser usually tries to cut off all contact with outside influences,like children,family,friends.

If you won't leave him, then you will have to live with his control. Since you have obviously chosen him over your children, do your kids a favor and sign over full custody to the other parent and remove yourself from visitaion. That way no one has to lie about how mom has chosen her controlling boyfriend over them. It would be easier to just say that mommy has no visitation anymore.

How do you not have a voice?!? You are living in the united states where you have the freedom of speech, you are an adult, and a parent. You have yet to marry this man so the relationship could be easily gotten out of. Seems to me that unless you just happen to have laryngitis, you very much have a voice!!
