Contruction Accident (2)

I'm just curious as to how much a typical case such as this goes for...(see construction accident). I'm not that hurt although I have been in pain for about 3 weeks.

$5,000...10, 20, 50??? I have no clue but just want to get a ballpark. If anyone has to guess, what would you say? I'm assuming we won't have to go to court.

What did you miss in the other response? Have you not read this board at all?

If you have no injury and feel o.k., why do you need money? As you said, you are lucky to be alive. On the other hand, if you feel you should bring a case, get a lawyer. No one can tell you what a case is worth - no 2 people are alike and no 2 cases are alike. Each case must be dealt with on its own facts.


Of course you could just ask them to pay for your medical bills and the time you missed from work.
