Hi!
I want to convert my agricultural land into non-agricultural land. Let me give some more details. The total area is 1 hectare 15 R. It got divided into 2 equal parts (with 57.5 R each). Each part have separate 7/12 (e.g. Gat/1 and Gat/2). I own Gat/2. One part (Gat/1) is done NA recently as it was completely under yellow zone. The another part (Gat/2) is partly under both the zones, i.e. 40 % under yellow zone and 60 % under green zone. In this part (Gat/2), there is a proposed DP road (ring road) shown in the development plan. This farm (Gat/1 and Gat/2) comes under Municipal Corporation jurisdiction. The boundary of Municipal Corporation ends after 3-4 farms. The DP road was in another farm earlier which comes before our farm (is beyond 5-6 farms). Now, is it still possible to make it NA (Gat/2)? If yes, then how? Will the DP road move further in next other farms? Is it possible to delete DP road from the development plan? If yes, then how?
