My wife and I invested in a convertible subordinated debenture a couple of years back. Until recently, we had been receiving monthly interest checks. When the checks stopped showing up, I tried to contact the Company, located in California, but got no response. After doing some research on the internet, I discovered the SEC has filed a lawsuit against the company. I think it was basically for fraudulent use of the investors money. Is there anything we should be doing to try to get our investment back? If so, what? Thanks for any help you can give us.
