What is the name of your state?MI.
Here is one for lawyers to stew on,SCRAM:I was convicted of obstructing,no alcohol detected and during the night hours while most of America sleeps, with the assumption that I purposely obstructed for delinquent intentions. The Judge quotes,"I'm not buying it......you were hiding something."This is more feasible than a man under the direct close scrutiny of the 40th District for 11 months, through daily PBT's and/or urinalysis, random drug screens and over 7 months of SCRAM none of which detected alcohol consumption due to abstinence! Thanks, maybe my biography will be on the next episode of Masterminds!!!

Well, the dope (alcohol and whatever else you are doing) has certainly stewed your brain. I don't know what you are talking about, but you must appeal if you want to fight the conviction.

no dope!

No drugs.Just a little disappointment that there is no set standard for the testing of scientific devices and procedures before admitting them as evidence .
Even after Daubert, scientific evidence, even in its infancy such as SCRAM,is not subject to independant studies(correct me if I am wrong).Alcohol breath test devices were less than accurate until maintenance guide lines were set and still can be subject of scrutiny.Of course prosecuters don't mind, but false positives can have devastating effects, loss of jobs, custodial rights, and liberty to name a few.An appeal, senseless litigation, without 100% proof that alcohol was not consumed the evidence is that I deviated the monitor. Some damage irreputable, and the procedure is already prolonging any attemts at recovering my losses, meeting my financial obligations, and rebuilding my life, again.
