California I hear that 80% of New York are coops and not condos. Will somebody or bodies living in NY kindly send me copies of their Gov. Docs. (they are not called CC&R s) to me I can pay copy and mailing costs. I will not need the whole doc. only the relevent pages to amend ours. Ours incidentally is 80 years old.
