cops/ mistakes can i show iam crediable

ok on 2 tickets he states my car is a for taurus 4dr white, my car is a ford zx2/escort 2dr white. on 2 tickets he says i was arrested as result of accident and clicked yes. i was parked in a parking lot of a gas station waint for my ride to come get me and my girlfirend a ride and someone was gonna drive my car. yes the officer didnt know that, nore should he care. but i have to court, and there are a bunch of things he didnt do or they didnt go the way he stated in the report. with me starting that he got the make of my car wrong on 2 tickets give me credabilty, more then the cop, that should not have goten my car mixed up as a 4door when its a 2door, and the make wrong...

The make and model of the car on the citation is generally not going to be an issue. As for any other issues that the officer did or did not do that you think he should have, hire an attorney. Unless you have extensive knowledge of DUI and police procedure, then you shouldn't even try to tell the court what the officer did or did not do correctly.

For a start, yes. But, DUI is a very specialized area of law and the best defense is done by attorneys that practice solely DUI law. However, this can be expensive. if money is a restricting factor, than the public defender is a good second choice because at least he or she will know the prosecutors, the court, and the avenues to get a better deal if there is no avenue to get the matter dropped. Who knows, if the case is bad enough, they may offer a traffic violation in lieu of the DUI.

thankz for ur speedy response, there tring to nail me , with stuff. i think its be cause i have a filed a complaint aginst 2 state troopers in the past, for towing my car and impounding it for no cause, and ... well thats a different story.. wish money was not a factor ive been to court in this state for something and fought and won, like driving on a reject notie, they didnt know u have 30days to drive to or from a garage to get the car fix, so i fought that and made them look dumb, but i think there just tring to get me
