What is the name of your state? indiana

I am a member of a group of artists that went into a major copy center to have pictures of our original artwork copied and bound so we could each have a portfolio to show clients. After botching many many copies the order was finally completed. After realizing some originals were not returned to us, we went back only to discover that an employee had sold all our bad copies to a friend of his who is also a mural artist. The store admits to this happening and has fired the employee, but is unwilling to work with us in settling this matter monetarily. What are our options under copyright infringement, trade secret and consumer protection laws?

You first option is to decide how much upfront time and money you want to spend for the "problem"? $100, $500, $1000 or more? 5 hours? 10 hours?

We are willing to put up whatever we need in order to settle this, if the case is viable.
