I have a question regarding copyright law, and "fair use". I know it's a violation of the law (without permission) to photocopy copyrighted book pages and give them to everyone on the street, but in my own home, could I copy the pages for my own personal use - I don't plan to even remove them from my home?

Thanks.

My response:

If you promise me that this is how you're going to use the copyrighted material, then if you won't tell, I won't tell. Okay ? And one more thing - - you've also got to explain to me, in 100 words or less, what your post has to do with "Credit and Collections" (because that's the Board you posted to).
