I own a small advertising business in NJ. My partner and I put a presentation of newspaper ads together for a company that contacted us. We came up with a company slogan, "Executive Cellular, Where We Treat You Like the Boss!" The company decided not to use our agency for their advertising but a few months later we saw them running different ads than we put together, but used the slogan "Executive Cellular, Where You Are the Boss". Do my partner and I have any rights against them for basically taking the slogan we created?
