Copyright question

I am putting togather a booklet for retail on scholarship and grants for college. I have done extensive research and have found many resources. Can I just put a bibliography page in my booklet or do I have to get permission from my resources to use their information.

By a bilbiography I assume you mean a list of books and resources that have already been published. Yes you can list other books, withoutr permission. However to COPY material from those books, and use it in your own, would violate their copyrights.
