What is the name of your state? wa

I am in the process of patenting a barbeque sauce, but I am unsure if my use of another companies product within my recipe is a copyright infringement. If I do use another copyrighted product, do i simply list it in the ingredients as: (e.g., vinegar, red pepper, etc)?

You cannot patent your sauce if any of the ingredients include a previously patented product unless you have permission from the patent holder. That permi$$ion will probably co$t you.
