What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? SC
Don't know where to post this so if this is the wrong place, sorry. I am a member of a corporation that has ten homeowners. We are like a homeowners association. I am looking where to find the SC laws that cover our corporate business meetings. They are definitely not according to Roberts Rules of Order and also not in line with our by-laws (that are old and have been changed by vote but never changed the original paper).
