I have a small sole-proprietorship that I sell wholesale products through. It has recently increased in sales and I have been advised by my distributor to incorporate. I have downloaded several forms to incorporate and done some research. One question...where does the stock certificate come from? Does the State issue this with the corporate Charter or do I have to have this printed myself? Thanks for any help anyone can give.
