If the president and vp of a corp. own equal shares of stock and one of them wants to transfer part of his shares to the other....is a corporate agreement signed by both and stamped with the corporate seal a legal and binding document? Can any future heirs contest the agreement. Should it be taken before a notary instead or in addition to the above? Please reply to [email protected]. Thank you.
