I work for a corporation who is headquartered in Ohio. The branch I work at is in California. They have told us that if we do not use our vacation time (only 1 week per year can be rolled over) that we will lose the vacation time. Is this legal since they are in Ohio?

Also, our branches in CA are under a California LLC.

Thank you,

Mike Greene
