Correction of previous post - tefund from ZVerizon

Nov 2016 Verizon promotion turn in current phone and receive new iphone7 free. New phone defective, exchanged at corporate for new iPhone 7 (promotion had ended) Bill was to charge $31.24 monthly for phone with corresponding credit of $27.00 each month for 24 months. Charge on past 6 bills for $31.24 but no credits. Multiple calls to Verizon, each time being told problem was corrected, but it was not.

Try going into a Verizon store and dealing personally with one of the reps.
