In the state of Ohio,if you are charged with
this.but marry before prosecution, will they
drop the charges?

Subsequent marriage does not render the previous conduct legal. Also, Ohio allows spousal priviledge for acts/communications that take place during marriage only. (Some states also allow testimonial priviledge - one spouse can't testify against the other.)
