What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I am a landlord. I evicted the tenant. There was unpaid utilities, rent and damage to property. It will exceed the $2,500 small claims court in AZ. In Civil Court is it advisable to hire an (I live in California so i can work)
attorney?
What are the odds then the court awards me damages the legal fees will be included?
I understand I will probably have to pay the attorney upfront. About how much would this whole situation cost me?
Can the attorney help their wages?

I have handled a couple of small claim court issues myself and received the judgements. It cost me a lot of time and some time off of work.

Keep all related questions in the same thread.

You need to call several attorneys and ask THEM your questions. How could we possibly know how much attorneys in your town charge?
