Unless you are also a co-owner (not just a cosigner) you have no rights to the caravan at all. How is the caravan titled?I have been a cosigner on a financial agreement on a caravan as they needed me to get the finance. My question is where do I stand on having any rights to the caravan??
What state is this?My name is on the contract
I'm in the UKWhat state is this?
The contract for the financing is different from the title.
*Sigh* Please find a UK centric site.I'm in the UK
Caravans are the UK's name for motorhomes or RVs.*Sigh* Please find a UK centric site.
I'm not even sure what you mean by "caravan" - I know you don't mean Dodge Caravan! But you also don't mean a caravan of travelers, because that makes no sense.
(Would you like some biscuits and gravy from Hardee's while you wait?)
I suspected as much. And what we call cookies they call biscuits.Caravans are the UK's name for motorhomes or RVs.
They tend to be kinder to the language than we are.I suspected as much. They also call biscuits what we call cookies.
Two nations, separated by one common language...
Oh Red! That looks absolutely disgusting!*Sigh* Please find a UK centric site.

What they call a muffin we call Thomas's . What they call meat we call shoe leather. What they call drunk we call angry. What they call a cigarette jerks here call a man with an alternate lifestyle.I suspected as much. And what we call cookies they call biscuits.

Clearly you're not ready to move to the Midwest.Oh Red! That looks absolutely disgusting!
When I moved out here I drove through the mid-west. I had to tell the waitresses to NOT put the "country gravy" on everything. It's nasty tasting and looking. No wonder everyone in the mid-west is ready to keel over and have a stroke!Clearly you're not ready to move to the Midwest.
But I think we can all agree that "Girl Scout Cookies" sounds more tempting that "Girl Guide Biscuits" (as they're called in Australia).
